Bingo Night 2016!
Thompkins Middle School Music Department would like to announce our
2nd Annual Bingo/Chili Cook Off night on Thursday, December 1st!
The directors have started the planning process for the event and we are seeking parent volunteers to take on specific roles in bringing the event to life. Below are parent volunteer positions we are looking to fill. If you would be interested serving in one of these ways, please visit SignUp.com.
As our thanks to those who take on one of the Parent Coordinator positions above, we will give each coordinator two free tickets for bingo & chili!! Other volunteer opportunities (such as paper product donations, set up crew, etc) are also posted to SignUp.com. Thank you in advance for your generous time and donations to bring Bingo Night 2016 to life!!

- Parent Volunteer Coordinator - Overseeing all parent volunteers and coordinating volunteer scheduling as well as using SignUp.com
- Ticket Coordinator - Making tickets, stuffing envelopes, numbering, collecting, and tracking ticket sales.
- Food/Drink Coordinator - Coordinating chili cook off, drinks, paper products and making sure there is enough of each item for the event night.
- Donation/Prize Coordinator - visiting businesses with donation letter (provided by directors) as well as collecting gift cards, cash, etc… to be used as prizes.
- Set-Up Crew Coordinator - Preparing tables, chairs, and any other necessary items for night of event.
- Clean Up Crew Coordinator - Tearing down tables, chairs, taking out trash, etc...
